Favourable location quite close to the historical park if you take a bike, and the rooms were airy and cheap. Location: the hotel was very close to Close to the main sites of the historical park-10 minutes walking, the main temple and night market and Bangkok. Café Basic Space Coffee located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The beds were super comfortable! The staff were mind-blowingly friendly, treating us like family. They provided free water bottles upon arrival, gave us invaluable travel advice, and stored our bags after check-out. Breakfast was delicious, and the owner even sat with us to go through recommendations. The location was great, with nearby shops and restaurants. The garden was spacious, and the internet connection was super fast. The room had a cold air conditioner, a fan, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Thank you for the warm welcome and great service! "I love you" ❤

The hotel has an airy room with air conditioning, and the staff is very nice. It's a modern yet old-fashioned place and the breakfast offers coffee or tea with a fried egg and ham. This is definitely the nicest place to stay when visiting Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.

After a long day of exploring, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this guesthouse. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The basic facilities provided everything I needed, from a cozy bed to reliable air conditioning. The filling breakfast and good coffee were a welcome start to my day. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of hot water in the shower and the run-down appearance of the area outside the room, the overall experience was great for the price. The owner's kindness and willingness to accommodate made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this place for a budget-friendly stay in Ayutthaya. I had a very nice stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this family, friendly hotel. the rooms were clean and tidy, with good WiFi and hot water in the bathroom. the friendly owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering assistance and even organizing a tuk, tuk tour for us. the breakfast was filling and the atmosphere was nice. We especially enjoyed the small garden area and the communal sitting area where we could relax and chat with other guests.
The check, in process could have been more efficient and there was a slight confusion with the transportation arrangements.

During my stay at San Sook Place in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, I was impressed by two features of the hotel. the provided database was incredibly useful, allowing me to easily access information about the local area and tourist attractions. It helped me plan my day and explore the city with ease. the room with air conditioning was a much-appreciated amenity, especially in the hot weather. It provided a comfortable and cool environment for a restful night's sleep.
One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the early closure of the fence door to the house. It required me to wait until the owner came out to open the door, causing a slight delay in entering the guesthouse.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy guesthouse. the management was incredibly friendly and the price was unbeatable for what we got. the AC and hot water were a nice touch. the communal table under the fresh canopy was a great spot for sitting and chatting. We also appreciated the water purifier system, which allowed us to fill our water bottles for free. the relaxed atmosphere and Thai home-stay feel was exactly what we were looking for.
One thing to note is that the sound insulation in one of the rooms was not great. We could hear the noise from the adjacent area, which affected our sleep quality on the first night.

Friendly and helpful owner who provided us with a free map and guide book. Delicious breakfast and a small bottle of water each day. Convenient location near Tesco and 7-11, with places to eat nearby. Bicycles available for rent, perfect for exploring the area. Comfortable room with a cozy bed and hot shower. Good WiFi connection.
The air conditioning could have been stronger, but it was still adequate. the steep steps to the second floor may be a challenge for some guests.

Our stay at the guesthouse was excellent value for money. The room on the ground floor was comfortably cool throughout the night without needing to use the air conditioner or fan. The location was convenient, with the historical park just a short bike ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging a reasonably priced tuktuk for us and providing information on transportation to our next destination. The breakfast, especially the homemade jam, was delightful and made with love.
The only suggestion I have for breakfast is to have a wider variety of options available.
